Mechanical features:

1. The touch screen and numerical control module are adopted for dialogue operation, and the program setting is simple and easy.

2. The structure of the bed is stable and not easy to deform.

3. 16 bend angles can be set for each file, and the memory can store 400 groups of files.

4. It has the function of slow positioning, and the repetition accuracy is ± 0.1 °.

5. The error message is displayed on the screen to help the operator eliminate it immediately.

6. The touch screen can be switched between Chinese and English, and other languages can also be ordered on demand.

7. The feeding shaft, elbow shaft and tilt shaft are driven by servo motor, with high precision and good stability.

8. The feeding mode can be pinch feeding or direct feeding according to different needs.

9. X.y.z. coordinates can be automatically converted into y.b.c. processing values.

10. After the data is edited, it is protected by a key to prevent the data from being modified arbitrarily.

11. The electric control system is equipped with heat exchanger for automatic heat dissipation. If necessary, numerical control air conditioner can be purchased to ensure the service life of the electric control system.

12. An automatic oil filling system can be installed as required to reduce the friction of the elbow, improve the service life of the mandrel and ensure the quality of the elbow.

13. The setting of feeding position, safety position, wheel die interference position and guide die interference position of the feeding trolley can be fine tuned by the hand wheel pulse generator, and the position can be automatically memorized to eliminate the loss of human measurement error and machine collision.

14. The feeding shaft will be automatically detected before action to avoid collision with the machine.

15. During the bending test, the decomposition action can be selected, the interference points can be observed, and the action can be modified to improve the efficiency
