1. Adopting UG finite element analysis method, CAD auxiliary design, the frame integral welding and vibration elimination internal stress treatment and heating methods to make the machine tool have higher rigidity and vibration resistance. Gate type tool holder structure, automatic fine adjustment of blade clearance, nitrogen accumulative return, rear cutting hydraulic anti-twisting system.
3. This Shearing machine is a multi functions machine. CNC controller to ELGO P40T or DELEM DAC360T provide a user-friendly and versatile touch control solution for shears. Upon demand multiple back gauge axes, cutting angle, stroke length, blades gap/clearance and rear supporting up/down can be controlled, based on state of the art electronics. It improves the shearing effective and shearing quality.
4. Introducing advanced European technology and adopting integrated hydraulic control system, it has good reliability. more reliable and easy for maintenance.Siemens motors, The hydraulic system uses a bladder-type accumulator as an auxiliary energy source, and absorbs the pressure impact of the system at the same time, so that the machine tool runs smoothly and the noise is low..Allead pumps and Rexroth hydraulic valves are used onto the Shear.
5. Back gauge is assembled high precision ball screw and linear guider . the backgauge running is adjusted by servo motor and is easy adjusted and displayed by CNC controller Germany ELGO P40T, Delem DAC360T .
6. Equipped lighting-alignment, easy to align when shearing. special for some users who needs measure different sizes in two sides firstly, and then cut down according to the measured line.
7. Professional gate type tool holder structure. Safe fences have been assemblied onto the machine to avoid hands enter the holddown and cutting baldes, and ensure the workers operation safety.
The universal conveying ball supporting table is adopted to reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
8. Our standard machine is arremblied normal motor. But now one new high-power servo motor can be applied to our hydraulic plate shearing machine. Servo main motor can save energy and environmental protection and reduce production costs.
